Restoration – Solar Energy – Nova Aliança

In July 2024, an action was carried out to restore two solar energy systems in the Nova Aliança village, one on each side of the Jordão river. This was the village most affected by the flood that hit Jordão in February 2024. The flood had broken the solar panels and damaged all the batteries and equipment (power inverter, charge controllers), in addition to having destroyed poles and the power grid. The work involved restoring everything, installing new solar panels, batteries, charge controller, inverter and protection switches, in addition to installing new poles and redoing the electrical installations. This action was coordinated by Guilherme Meneses and had the donations of several collaborators.
