“I'm very happy, our entire community is very happy, we have only to thank you. For the first time in our family's history we have access to fresh running water. The water is coming to our house and we will no longer suffer having to carry water around on our heads.”
“The best water for us to drink is from the well. Before, we drank water from the river and today we are drinking from the well. It's important to us.”
“Electricity is important to us, to work on our arts & crafts at night, and also at the school. During the day we can use the projector, the computer.”
“We've been hearing about this solar energy for a long time. So I am very happy, along with my community, that we received this project for our development.”
“I'm happy that electricity has arrived for us. I'm excited, everyone has a light now. My son built his own house, I was worried about him being in the dark, my two granddaughters eating with very little light at dinner time. The light has come, now it's different.”
We work in direct partnership with indigenous communities, encouraging their protagonism and the strengthening of their cultural expressions. Our initiatives focus on improving the quality of life of these populations, through collaborative and sustainable management of resources.Find out more
